I will start drawing commissions if you have made payments.

i will send the preview of the commission, make sure to take revision if you need because i'm not accepting any changes for the final result.

the drawing process is approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the commissions that I am working on.

The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission without explanation

Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the commission.

Payment is to be made via Paypal

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins, the remaining balance is due upon completion.

The artist will provide update at key stages (sketch, line art, base colors, and final rendering).

The client is entitled 4 revisions, 1 revision for the sketch, 1 revision for the lineart, and 2 revision for the base colors. No revisions will be allowed at the final rendering stage.

Additional revisions beyond the included 4, may incur extra fees.

Completion time may vary based on the complexity of the commission ant the artist current workload.

The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolio, social media, and other promotional materials.

The client may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for profit

If the artwork is intended for commercial use, the client must purchase commercial rights.

The fee for commercial use is double of the original commission price.

The artist retains the right to display the artwork in portfolios and social media for self-promotion unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed

The client may not alter the artwork without the artist’s permission.

The client must credit the artist (e.g., in product descriptions or promotional materials) unless otherwise agreed upon.

If the client wishes for the artwork to remain private and not be displayed publicly by the artist, an additional fee of 20% of the original commission price.

The artist will respect the client’s request for privacy and not share the artwork in portfolios, social media, or other promotional materials.

If the client cancels the commission before the work begins, the deposit will not be refunded.

If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, a partial refund may be given base on the amount of work completed.

The artist reverses the right to cancel the commission at any time, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Final artwork will be delivered digitally in PNG and JPEG via Email, Cloud storage.

The client must provide clear and detailed instructions. The artist is not responsible for any misunderstanding due to unclear or incomplete information.

Response times may vary, but the artist will strive to reply to message within 48 hours.

By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to all the terms outlined in this document.
